How you spend (ClassWallet)
- Pay Vendor (Direct Pay) — ClassWallet pays an approved provider directly.
- Reimbursement — buy with your own money from a non-registered vendor, link a bank account in ClassWallet, and upload the receipt to be paid back.
What a reimbursement needs
An itemized invoice or receipt with the provider name, date, the child's name, a description of the item or service, and the amount, plus proof of payment. The administrator will not accept handwritten receipts.
Award amounts
Each account gets the state's base adequacy grant (about $4,600 per student in 2025-26) plus differentiated aid for factors like free/reduced-price meals, special education, English learners and third-grade reading — averaging roughly $5,200 per student. Confirm the current year's figure with the administrator.
